YOUNG LAB
The purpose of the "Youth Lab" is to act as a catalyst for the empowerment and active participation of young people in community development. By offering a space for innovation and experimentation, the "Youth Lab" seeks to inspire and equip young people with the tools, knowledge and resources necessary to lead and execute projects that address local challenges and foster positive impact in their communities.

CO-CREATION SPACE
The Young LAB is a physical space where young people can meet, exchange ideas and collaborate on projects, where innovation and creativity are encouraged, offering tools for the development of projects.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
The LAB Jóven develops programs that offer skills in leadership, project management, financing and sustainability, including training sessions, inspiring talks and access to a network of expert mentors.
NETWORKING EVENTS
The LAB Jóven organizes events to promote the exchange of ideas, present projects and facilitate connections between young people, community leaders, companies and other stakeholders.
DIGITAL PLATFORM
The LAB Jóven will develop a digital platform that serves as a central point to provide information, resources, presentation of projects and collaboration, including a discussion forum, resource directory and spaces to share achievements and learning.

The ODS Young Talent Awards
2nd edition
If you are studying at any institute or school in Lleida, and you are between 14 and 25 years old, you can participate in the SDG Young Talent Awards (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) and think about a project that improves your community.
Here you have the bases of participation. The 2nd call for the Awards is now open.

Pillars of the Young LAB
1. Innovation : Provide an environment that encourages creative thinking and innovative solutions to community problems, allowing young people to explore new ideas and technologies.

2. Youth Empowerment: Giving voice and decision-making power to young people in the development of their communities, recognizing their ability to lead change and provide valuable and unique perspectives.

3. Skills Development: Offer training and mentoring programs that develop practical skills in leadership, project management, teamwork, effective communication and critical thinking.

4. Experimentation: Create a safe space for experimentation, where young people can test their ideas and learn from failures and successes constructively, without fear of judgment.

5. Community Collaboration: Promote collaboration between young people, local organizations, educational institutions and the private sector, to amplify the impact of projects and ensure their sustainability and relevance.

6. Social and Community Impact: Direct efforts toward projects that not only develop the skills and personal growth of participating youth, but also generate tangible benefits for the community, addressing local problems and improving quality of life.
