Order JUS/152/2018, of September 12, establishes the level of compliance of foundations and associations declared of public utility with the transparency instruments established by Law 21/21014, regarding the Protectorate of foundations and verification of the activity of associations declared of public utility.

The headquarters of FCRL is at Castillo de Raimat, Calle del Castell, 2 - 25111 Raimat, Lleida - Spain

2. Purpose

The purpose of the Raimat Lleida Community Foundation is to strengthen the environment of Raimat and Lleida, along with companies, entities, and individuals, through innovative initiatives and projects that dynamize the territory in a sustainable and resilient manner.

3. Programs and Beneficiaries

FCRL works on 4 programs in the fields of Social Action, Innovation, Culture, Biodiversity, and Climate Change.

Beneficiaries: Part of the population sector served by the Foundation, primarily those born or registered in Raimat and/or Lleida. - Individuals, entities, and companies, primarily residents in Raimat and/or Lleida. - Institutions and/or legal entities that sign collaboration agreements with the Raimat Lleida Community Foundation. - Other individuals, entities, or companies that the Board of Trustees deems appropriate. - Individuals who request the provision or service that the Foundation can offer and meet the specific requirements that the Board of Trustees may additionally agree upon.

4. Directors

At this time, there is no contracted director for FCRL, and the functions are carried out by its president, free of charge.

5. Board of Trustees

The governance of FCRL is in the hands of its Board of Trustees, which governs the Foundation altruistically.

It consists of 4 women and 4 men, representatives of the Raimat and Lleida community, who are both independent and respectful of the diversity of the community. More information can be found here, where you will find names, professional profiles, and positions.

In accordance with Article 19 of the FCRL Statutes, "trustees shall serve in their positions voluntarily."

FCRL adheres to the Good Governance Code of the Catalan Foundation Coordinator.

FCRL is registered with number 3282 in the registry of the Guide of entities of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Investment policies (as indicated in the Action Plan, no investments are planned for the next 2 years).
